If it touches email, I can help.

Most creators find out their email has a problem when a launch underperforms and nobody can say why.

I've analyzed hundreds of domains. The pattern is nearly always the same: the domain looks fine on paper, but the platform actually sending the email was never authenticated. A share of every send quietly lands in spam or gets rejected, and nothing tells you it happened.

Three ways to work with me, depending on where you are.

Inbox Watch

$15/month

Know when your email starts failing, before a launch tells you.

Your domain can ask inbox providers to report back on every message sent in your name — who sent it, whether it passed authentication, whether it was delivered. Almost nobody turns that on, and the few who do rarely read the reports, because they arrive as raw XML.

I turn it on, and once a month I read the reports and send you a plain-English summary:

  • • What sent mail in your name last month
  • • What passed and what failed
  • • Anything that changed since last month
  • • One thing worth doing about it, if there is one

No dashboard to learn. No XML. No jargon.

Included

  • • Monitoring set up on one domain
  • • A monthly summary email from me
  • • A heads-up between reviews if something breaks badly

Not included

  • • Changes to your records — that's the Audit or the setup below
  • • Extra domains, at $10/month each

$15/month, or $150/year. Cancel any time.

New Sender Setup

$149

For people who haven't sent yet, or have never sent from their own domain.

You've got a business and a list you're about to build, and email is the part nobody explained. I set it up properly the first time so you're not undoing it in a year.

What I do

  • • Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on your domain, and verify them with real test sends
  • • Connect and authenticate your email platform — Kit, MailerLite, beehiiv, Mailchimp, whichever you use
  • • Set up your sending domain or subdomain the right way
  • • Get a professional mailbox working on your domain, if you don't have one
  • • Give you a plan for your first few sends so you're not flagged as a brand-new sender
  • • Turn on Inbox Watch, first month included

Already have custom email on your domain? That's fine, and it makes this faster. I'll work with what's there and set up the sending side around it.

You give me DNS access, or I send you exact records to paste in. Either works. Most setups are done in three business days.

Deliverability Audit

$149

For businesses already sending, who want to know what's actually arriving.

You have a list and you're mailing it. Open rates are fine, or they're not, and either way you can't see what's happening between hitting send and someone's inbox.

What I do

  • • Review SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on your domain, and every other source sending in your name
  • • Check whether your sending platform is genuinely authenticated and aligned to your domain — the part free checkers can't see
  • • Look at how your setup will land against current Google and Yahoo sender requirements
  • • Send you a written summary: what's working, what isn't, what to do, in order of what matters
  • Fix what I find. This isn't a report that hands you a to-do list. Anything in your DNS or your platform settings, I correct and verify.
  • • Walk you through it on a call if you want one

Turnaround is three business days.

Why this costs less than you'd expect

You'll find people charging $1,500 for this work. I'm charging $149, and I'd rather tell you why than have you wonder.

I have a full-time job in security. This business isn't paying my mortgage yet, which means I don't need to price it like it is. What I want right now is volume — more domains, more patterns, more people who'll tell someone else my name. Charging less gets me there faster than charging more.

Twenty years in security and IT, CISSP and CISM, and hundreds of domains analyzed. The work isn't smaller than the expensive version. The price is a decision about growth, not about quality.

That will change. The price goes up $50 for every 10 clients I take on, and I'll keep raising it until it stops working. Right now it's $149. If you're reading this at that number, you're early — and the number itself tells you how early.

Anything else

Not sure which one you need

Run the free checker. Thirty seconds, and it tells you what your domain is publishing right now.

If the results raise questions, reply to the email it sends you and tell me what platform you send from. I'll check the part the checker can't see and tell you what I find, no charge.

Not every email problem fits neatly into a box. If yours doesn't, reach out anyway — after 20+ years, I've seen most of it. Tell me what's going on and we'll figure out the right fix together.
